Mercedes was our consultant and she was AMAZING, very helpful, sweet and great energy. I loved how she was honest and not pushy, made the experience memorable. Even helped with holding the phone so my mom who lives out of town can see and participate! Quiet and inviting couches for people to sit and look at the dresses you pick. They have a wide variety to pick from and although what I am looking for is very specific and unique… they had it! I chose Bridal and Tuxedo Galleria for my wedding dress because I wanted to buy a dress from a non-chain boutique and wanted a more private experience of choosing my dress with my bridesmaids. All the dresses in the store were lovely. I fell in love with the Mori Lee 12133 dress, which was super comfortable and regal for my church wedding/museum reception. The ladies in alterations were super friendly as well. All alterations to my dress - mainly a reduction in size to the corset and addition of pads to not use a bra - were done magnificently. The bustle was also very well done and was super easy to place during the wedding. I highly recommend all brides consider buying your wedding gown here, especially if your price range is between $1-3K for the dress.

Davina is the absolute best stylist here! I felt like she genuinely took the time to get to know my style and what I was looking for and found so many beautiful dresses in her selections - and in my comfortable price range - that it was difficult to narrow it down! I fell in love with the dress I said yes to, and this was truly a wonderful dress buying experience. Although it did end up being higher priced than I originally anticipated with alterations, the dress was still a great value and all the alterations were done beautifully. I also kinda wish the option for a champagne toast was there when I did say yes with my future in-laws (like you see in the movies) but the risk of spilling on expensive dresses is real so maybe that's why that's not an option. Even still, thank you Davina for making this a great experience! I give this 5 stars on the bride side, however, I have to note here that I didn't think there were great options for the groom's side. After my great experience, I took my fiancé for a suit fitting and the options were very limited. They didn't have the right color or fit for anything he had in mind. I didn't really see a great price point here either. He ultimately had a suit custom made elsewhere but all in all I would absolutely recommend this for future brides!

This review has been a long time coming. Davina is amazing and just one of those special people who one is fortunate to have come into your life. Actually, everyone I encountered was just lovely. I walked in knowing what dress I was pretty certain I wanted and before I knew it, it was ordered! This was back in May 2019. Well, I bet you can guess what happened next. So after two cancelled weddings, and some very major health issues I was once again in the store buying the same dress ten sizes larger than the one I had. Nobody batted an eye about that; hey women's bodies change, but I remember standing there crying and Davina told me later that no bride should be that unhappy and I knew that too so we decided to wait to get married. Roll around to August 2022 and we were ready! So now I was stuck with a gown that was too big but after pulling layers out and bringing the dress in as far as it would go, I wore my original style dress at my wedding that October. They did everything possible to make it look perfect and it was. Since it was a little big I think it made the dress really, really comfortable to wear. I've included a picture of myself on my wedding day. I am now back to my normal weight which is about 20 lbs. less than what is pictured so am now ready to hopefully sell it. Back to the store, the level of compassion and respect that I was treated with was amazing throughout the entire journey. Another nice thing about this shop is that it rents out tuxedos/men's formal wear. There's a whole separate area dedicated to this. Wonderful service from Enrique. My husband, his two groomsmen, and my dad all looked great! If you are looking for a boutique experience, this is it.

This store was my first and only stop to find everything I needed for my wedding. They have a great selection of dresses and I love that they use the iPads to show you the different styles, as I had no idea what I was looking for in the first place. I just arrived from Colombia, one of my close friends had a wedding at the Fairmont Del Mar and I was in a rush to get a tuxedo for the wedding, I went to Men's Warehouse at first- and was completely turned off by the service and walked off, and got on google looking for a tuxedo store or rental shop and by chance and total luck i am so happy i walked into this store, the gentleman who assisted me was so professional and so kind and very caring we picked the tuxedo and he provided me with the best service and in a few hours he told me my tuxedo would be ready, i picked it up and went to the wedding.

Such a great experience! My daughter wanted to wear a tuxedo to prom instead of a dress, but is very petite so we weren't sure if we'd be able to find anything that would fit her. She also didn't leave a lot of time for searching, getting fitted, etc. before her prom. I called around to several places and wasn't having much luck, but Bridal and Tuxedo Galleria was so helpful. They said they needed to call and check on the availability based on the date of my daughter's prom, and that they would call me back.

Enrique Enrique Enrique! Wow this man is a magician. I’m getting married next week and I didn’t start looking for a tux until 2 weeks ago. I wanted to buy a tux as I knew I wanted it tailored custom to my body. I let the staff know what I was looking for, and based off of the description, they had me try on a handful of dresses. One of those became my dress.
