At Bridal and Tuxedo Galleria, we are committed to helping you find the perfect look for your special day. Because our gowns, tuxedos, and accessories are often custom-made or special order, we have specific guidelines in place to ensure a smooth experience.
Wedding Dresses & Evening Gowns
All wedding dresses, evening gowns, and special order items are final sale. Due to the delicate nature and customization of these garments, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. We strongly encourage you to double-check your measurements, size, and style before confirming your purchase.
Sample Sale Items
All items purchased during a sample sale or clearance promotion are sold as-is and final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Tuxedo Rentals
Tuxedo rentals may be canceled up to 10 days before the scheduled pickup date for a full refund.Once the tuxedo has been picked up, no refunds or returns will be accepted. Please try on your rental as soon as you receive it to ensure proper fit.
Accessories (Veils, Headpieces, Jewelry)
Accessories may be exchanged for store credit within 7 days of purchase if unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Custom or special-order accessories are final sale.
Alteration Services
All alteration fees are non-refundable. Once alterations begin, you are committed to the service and timeline agreed upon at your fitting.
